What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive your name, phone number, email address, the property postcode, the number of windows or doors, the planning status if you give it, and your message. If you email [email protected] or call 01273 115145, we receive whatever you choose to tell us.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details for one purpose: to pass your enquiry to the window installer who will contact you, survey and quote. The legal basis is that you have asked us to do this as a step towards a possible contract, together with our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Who receives it

The installer that handles enquiries from this site, and the email and hosting services needed to deliver the form to them. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not go on to become a job, your details are deleted 12 months after our last contact with you. If you go ahead with the work, the records are kept for 6 years after the job is finished, because they are needed for tax, for the guarantee and for legal reasons.

Your rights
